Paul Velasquez is the Head of GCash Customer Experience Operations. He leads and directs the team responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies to ensure prompt, personalized and efficient responses to customer inquiries, concerns and requests. As head of customer experience operations, he is also in charge of fostering a customer-centric culture, continuously identifying customer problems and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, responsiveness and overall customer experience. 

Paul V has over 15 years of experience in the field of customer service, account management, vendor management and process improvement.
